New Mexico Writing Project Sites

While many teachers think of writing as something taught in English classes, with new state tests and initiatives it is imperative that all teachers in every discipline understand the uses and benefits of writing in content area classrooms. Your local National Writing Project site has the information and training to help you help your colleagues incorporate writing into their classrooms.  Four NWP Summer Institutes are held in New Mexico during the summer at the following locations.  This information is provided courtesy of Annemarie Oldfield.
